Palate : Fresh, Expressive & tense with a very well balanced acidity. Aromas are citrus, lemon confit, gentle spices with vanilla notes.

Poultry with creamy mushrooms, seafood, shell fish with buttery and creamy sauce
Vinification : Direct press. Traditional white winemaking in thermoregulated tanks.
Vinified in French oak barrel
Serving temperature : Best served between 12 to 14°C
